Awesome service, I worked with Victor after my car was wrecked and he was so very helpful. He kept in touch and provided information that most automotive shops would not provide. I was so amazed by the courtesy and professionalism and how he always went above and beyond. I will use him for any and all of my repairs and automotive needs, definitely recommend him to others.

I reached out to Kinetic after my newly installed rotors and pads continued to squeal (having newly been installed by someone else). They quoted me not a low be decent-fair price to replace the pads that I already purchased plus an oil change...of which the oil and filter was also pre-purchased. Wait time wasn't bad and you'll be greeted and entertained by the dozens of cats that seemingly owns the lot. Leaving the shop that day and even days later I didn't have any issues. But about 2 weeks later that same annoying squeal came back. I have no clue what the issue could be because I bought great pads, that I even they use and often recommend. I called Javier and he said I could bring it back the same today to check them out. After a quick test drive and visual analysis, he pulled the car in and did a sanding down of sorts that definitely stopped the squealing...at least for that day. He warned me it could return (which it has) and that I may need new rotors or a resurfacing job. Even though, this is a real annoyance for a great and new looking car otherwise, this review is less about the problem being resolved and more about the customer service and transparency. To me this goes alongside a job well done. Mind you, there was no charge for the revisit, and even though I'm not excited about having to deal with brake repairs yet again, I'm glad he was able to give me more than one option to resolve the issue. Prices quoted are usually on the upper mid side of things rather than low/cheap or straight up ridiculously high. But if I felt that any of the issues were due to incompetence, I definitely would have addressed that to him and stated that here. That's why I'd still return to the shop and recommend for those who might be looking for a good quality auto repair shop.

Have used them on 2 occasions over the past 3 months and have been impressed each time: workers are friendly, work gets done very timely, and prices are very reasonable. I did replace my AC compressor this time and everything was done right!!!
